Um ... Jesper and the stable hand ... hot. And HUGE props for the first sex scene in the show being between two men. Diversity <3

I really enjoyed this episode. It was fast paced, yet still fun. The Crows storyline feels natural, and as if they were always a part of Shadow & Bone. And so much romance. Alina flirting and making out with the Darkling, that look between Inej and Kaz, after Inej killed that man saving Kaz's life, and Jesper and the nameless stable boy. All in all, a solid episode

This episode was interesting, because characters who have been circling each other for the last 6 episodes are now meeting. Alina meets the crows, and is let go by the faithful Inej. The Crows show their smarts by outsmarting the Grisha (and hinting at Jesper's future storyline), and Mal and Alina finally reunite. The only characters that are not yet connected to the main storyline, is Nina and Matthias. As someone who loved this couple in Six of Crows, I was thrilled they kept to the original tale on how they met.
